Robbins has had some mixed responses in the past. So much so that I had been delaying making my latest purchase of wood. However, all is well. I ordered 3 sheets of marine ply at SBS. (One teak veneered, the other two teak/holly cabin sole.
Delivery was to West London. Each sheet arrived individually wrapped in card and plastic and each corner had a plastic corner protector. I was most impressed at the delivery guy, his experience and the packaging etc.
So latest experience is A+++ and I thought others may appreciate latest feedback.

I can echo that, had three sheets of the teak/holly ply delivered to Hardway in Gosport.

Was miffed by a local supplier who l was going to order it from. I said that I would collect it which would have proved very straightforward being just down the road, they then asked for a delivery charge, I re-iterated that it was for collection but they were adamant that I had to pay the extra. So the order went to Robbins and they did deliver! a day early and cheaper than local Gosport supplier.
