RNSA at Portsmouth.....yachts?

After spending a week, stuck by gale after gale in Haslar Marina, we often saw the yachts from the Marina by the submarine museum popping in and out. Simple question really, what are they?
There are large numbers of them, all the same design and I have a feeling (though may be wrong) that they could be Victorias. Length of roughly 36 mark I would guess.
Someones got to know, put us out if our misery...
