does anyone know where i can find any info on these boats? have googled but with no major joy... or am i unlikely to find out too much about these boats?
Just taking a quick look at your picture it seems that your boat is possibly a Senior. RLM can be distinguished by a porthole in the hull about 4 feet back from the bow. RLM made two versions of the 27 the Safari and the Seychelles. The Safari was a more modestly priced boat and amongst other things, can be distinguished by its lack of stanchions and lifelines. Both models were offered with the option of ether single or twin Perkins 4108 diesels and to the best of my knowledge, petrol engines were not an option but would only have been a special build. I have an original RLM brochure showing the full specifications. If you would like full specs on the RLM please let me know. Our RLM Bahama is heading off from Oxford to the Medway this weekend should be in Henley Saturday night for the festival
