Realise this is really old now but does anyone know of any way/ company to update / change the charts?
Any options for renewal at minimal disruption, linked to RL70 controlling radar via hsb and autopilot?

Most places selling any C-MAP stuff could update your charts once upon a time (for a reasonable £50). As of May 2020, unfortunately NT+ cards/charts were made obsolete, and so you're stuck with what you've got, or can find USED.

Not to tout, but I've got a bunch of different regions for sale. There's a posting somewhere way back in the for sale forum, but you should be able to search.
