RL 80 Radar help please

Our RL80crc radar was working great but today screen just says. Scanner not responding. Anyone got any ideas how to track problem please

A switch off then back on usually works for me.

Many thanks. Just found a loose connection on the back of the unit. First thing I checked and all ok now
