Riverdance Ferry ?

Can anyone tell me what ever happened about this wreck, is it still on the beach?

Riverdance could not be re-floated. It rotated more than 90degress onto its side and a contractor was brought in to break up the vessel where it lay. After the break up metal detectors were brought in to make sure that all metallic matter from the beach had in fact been removed.

It's gone. Like it never was there. I watched it slowly disapear on the odd occasions that I past by.

can't believe its gone, they did well, when i saw it, half of it was buried in the sand

No different that to what goes on on Indian beaches every day....but without the pollution.

sorry but er well the map's wrong, it was at Cleveleys, not Blackpool no where near the pier or the Hounds Hill shopping centre.

I didn't think there were any on board. Wasn't it a lorry ferry?
