River Thames transit licence to River Wey

Anyone know if this will be in operation again this year?
Was good value at £10 if its in use again this year might just go to The Wey/Basy for a week or so.

Not the one in the avater but the NB, need to streach its legs, its only got a dinky 50hp beta so may struggle going upstream, mind you the double curved 14ft swims might help it cut through the water.

What do you mean ?

The wey transit licence is only valid for one day , and enables the purchaser to transit between the wey and off the EA controlled river at Tedders . It's not a pass for wey moorers to go cruising. It can only be purchased at either Tedders , sunbury or Shepperton locks.

I was thinking along the lines of going from the Wey to Penton Hook marina for a lift out

You can buy a 'section 9' which is chargeable at the same rate as the SPR's to enable you to go somewhere to have work done.

Only way you could do it for nothing is with trade plates , but don't go having glasses of wine on the back deck while you are displaying the yards trade plates or the yard will be upset with you when they are withdrawn.
