The next version of the River Thames Guide app (the free and complete guide to leisure activities on the Thames and Wey) will receive a major update next month. It is now in the final stages of testing and with over 200 changes there is much to check.
Although many of the changes are minor there is a major overhaul of the way the current river and weather conditions are found and shown (individual weather now and forecast for individual locks for example together with an AI algorithm for safety advice).
To help ensure a satisfactory rollout for all users, I am looking for some additional 'volunteers' to test the new version. Although the new version will be available for all platforms (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, Android, Windows) testing is limited to iPhone and iPad; to take part simply send me a DM confirming your invitation email address - you will receive an invite direct from Apple (with instructions to download the free TestFlight app). Feedback to me can be sent via the TestFlight app.
