River Ore (Alde) Entrance info

Does anyone know if the Weir & Oxley buoys have been replaced yet? I have checked www.eastcoastrivers.com which says the 2007 surveys have now been completed, but an up to date sketch is not available yet.

As the weather looks promising for the Easter weekend we are hoping to go up to Orford. Up to date advice on any significant differences from 2006 on the bar would be welcomed and reassuring

Hello Malcom as yet there is no imformation but we are in the vicinity over the weekend and I have asked a freind at Aldburgh to let me know any differences. will let you know if I hear any thing.

It looks like the buoys will not in place for the Easter weekend. I am toying with the idea of going up there as well and all I can find are some new aerial photos at http://www.eastcoastrivers.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=4&sid=f36c3a6ee62bdc394b3f6d672acb40f9.
