River conditions

Hello Dickie,

Everyone has been a newbie - you've got to start somewhere!

If there is little or no rain between now and Thursday I predict the flow will subside and it'll be perfectly navigable.

BTW we are trying to preserve this thread for visual up-to-date reports of current river conditions. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

We are on yellows now at Tedders .... dropping slowly all the time ...

I don't want to say 'you'll be ok' because of who i work for , i can't give predictions like that , but see the post above /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You can always ring the locks ( numbers are in the users guide online ) and see what the conditions are like , I suspect that Chertsey will be the only weir with a significant flow by thursday though.

Where, where?

H - Have you seen the preview of the new web page showing river conditions reach by reach? Hoping to launch 1 Dec.

I looked on VT and could fin absolutely nothing - or is it only on your IntraNet??

Do tell, I always like a new toy, something to do whilst I'm locked in until 17th. March next.

Re: Where, where?

Yep , seen that ... looks good , and a good interface too. Easy and inuitive to use ...

I gather that the Teddington staff will be updating it ?
