Anyone suggest a suitable anchor that'll fit ?

As you no doubt know the standard stemhead fitting is very small and not intended for stowing the anchor. The original was a 35lb CQR on chocks on the foredeck.

I know a chap with a Rival 32 and he has a Knox anchor, not sure if stored on the bow roller or deck. He is an excellent fellow Neeves knows who he is

I'd recommend an appropriately sized fortress, a small amount of chain and a few tens of metres of nylon rode.
