Riva riviera?

Here is all Riva Superamericas from the seventies till early nineties: 42, 45, 48, 50, 50 Special, 50 High Performance.
After this Riva introduced the 52 Thalassa in 1993, which was renamed and slightly modified as 54 Aquastar in 1997.
The above are all flybridge.
In 1995 Riva also introduced the 54 Aquarius. Open Sport Yacht version having 2 cabins plus crew, tender garage and usually powered by 2 x 800hp MANs. Still a good looker today, they normally fetch between 400 to 600k EUROS and was produced till 1998. I should have both MBY and Nautica reviews for this model here.
If you have a client looking for top quality fittings the Rivas are on a league of there own compared to other builders from the same period, but they are always a bit hard to sell due to their accommodation being also less to what other builders being British or Italian offered in similar sizes. If one wants a Riva it is very difficult to look at other boats, but if he wants space and comfort and a lot of cabins is normally not the best boat to show, altough the Thalassa and Aquastar models where not bad below.

May be it is an Aussie Riviera, but I think they also never had a 55 named model.

Here is all Riva...
Wow PY, I was going to reply and confirm that Riva never had a Riviera in their range, but I could have never mentioned all the others!
I can't believe you remember all that by heart...

Fwiw, a name which might have been possibly misunderstood with "Riviera" is "Rivale", but she's slightly smaller (50'/52' as I recall), and more recent.
