We're planning our August holiday and, as before, the nanny wants to come along.
I am concerned about potential liabilities, should anything go wrong. There's a whole range of possibilities, from getting a splinter on the pontoon to falling overboard and drowning...
She is not required to come along as part of her duties and while onboard will be treated like part of the family i.e. doing the dishes, doing the fenders and looking after the kids every now and then.
The boat is not coded and we can assume I won't do anything really stupid.
What can I do to minimise my potential liabilities?
