rinnai water heaters

can anybody give us details of where to obtain a thermocoupling for a Rinnai REU56ES waterheater. The pilot is alight but we cannot get the burners to fire up.
We are hoping to go out for Easter weekend and we need hot water.

If you get stuck try a builders merchant /plumbing place and get a universal thermocouple they are not expensive so if it doesn't work you have not lost much.I have used them before with success
