I hired a couple of time in Bologna airport, and tried Avis, Europcar and one time only Locauto because they were cheaper. I will never do it again.
Be aware that they are thieves. They debited my credit card weeks later for damages I never had. After having explained the whole thing to my bank and showed them a very long tripadvisor.com forum thread with similar stories, the bank credited my account back. I don't know, what happened afterwards between the bank and Locauto...
