Right New seasons yearly Naggs

Every year I pop a post up to remind all that its a good idea to have a new season practise of MOBs, and not just the lost a cap version. And to be nosy and see if anyone has had a real version and wants to tell the story. I have been lucky........
also yearly Nagging on checking fire extinguisher and batteries for smoke alarms and gas detectors too.
