Ride carefully ogaryo

As most of you know, ogaryo of this parish has spent the last six months honing his body into the peak of physical fitness in preparation of his epic night-time ride from London to Brighton to help raise money to fight cancer.

Well, today is the day that he will find out just how all that dieting and endurance training will pay off...
