RIB sinks yacht

Wont be long before something like that happens up the Medina.

The local radio report says they jumped before the rib hit the yacht, the report said a rubber dinghy wandered how that had sunk a yacht, They were reported in the water 01.00 this morning without life jackets. They were found by the Falmouth lifeboat, by shutting engines, and people on shore shouting directions to them. They were released without charge by the Police.

On the face of it, this was totally avoidable.
One's been arrested, possibly for drunk in charge? Let's face it, you'd have to be a bit short of a full load to do that sober!
Or maybe just one more who thinks driving a power boat is like driving a car.

To many do, giving the majority a bad name, and the trouble is, if you get done drinking and driving in a car, you lose a licence, what licence will a maniac in a RIB loose?

Apparentley the police have released them without charge?
However, I wont say what I think of them.

This BBC report states that one man has been released on bail. Presumably charges will follow if there's enough evidence.
