Just received my boat survey only two major faults were cracked pump and water in the bilge most probaly from a split pipe according to the surveyor the owner has agreed to sort these out what you guys think sames quite good news to me and one that wouldnt put you off a purchase thanks for your thoughts and opinions in advance....

Sounds like a good result with the owner undertaking the repair. Just make sure they are done to your satisfaction.
