Restoration project for LakeSailor

Wouldn't do for Lakey at all..............no tits!

Got plenty of wrinkles though! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Ah well, maybe the vendor only has one of those foriegn tape measures? or was born post 71 or whenever ? 'twould be a brave soul that bought that as a restoration project, best just left to fester, with some wallflowers in it! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

i cant believe somebody is asking for a quote for delivery to Hampshire ! The guy has said £100 just to go over to Durham, and there are plenty of other derelict boats lying around on the SOuth Coast.

Takes all sorts to make a world, I suppose.

On Ebay??????.....I could believe anything! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Nik, I can see the crew request now
"Crew of 2 (must be hardy and adventurous) wanted to sail boat from Grange on Sands to location on the South Coast" /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well I've put it on my watch list.
However, it's not so different from my current squeeze and in view of the fact I still have my trimaran and someone has just offered me a dinghy with a hole in it for free I think it's pretty far down the list.

Clearly budding fiction writers now work up their writing technique with an ebay advert or two !

I have to confess, my "Mini Moon" was in similar condition when I "aquired" her! Very similar in price, too! She's looking a bit better now, but still a long way to go.
