Resetting a Nasa DSC MMSID no??

Hi,

I was given an MMSID number over the phone last year. I entered it several times into my Nasa DSC set. When the licence arrived the MMSID no was two digits different to the number issued over the phone.

When I try and enter the right MMSID the Nasa unit says that I have had two many tries.

Does anyone know how I can reset the unit to accept the right MMSID.

PS I haven't nicked it this is a genuine cock up.....

I believe its a factory reset job.

Thats what I had assumed. Just e-mailed Nasa and they are prepared to talk me through a reset providing I have the unit infront of me andhooked up to power. Will try to call them tomorrow to see if this is possible.
