I Have yesterday had a reply from Chris Grayling re my second contact with him. As more information became available I have asked more detailed questions and utilised others arguements. His reply was as follows.
"Thank you for your latest message about red diesel fuel. Again I think the best thing for me to do is to pass on your views to ministers at the treasury, who will ultimately be taking descisions over this issue".
The reply`s were on both occasions quick, I felt the need for the second contact as I got the feeling that he didnt understand the true implication from the contents of my letter (my fault). Others made the point much better so, once again, hence the second contact and, possibly, his apparent reluctance to comment and pass it straight on to the Treasury. (I wasnt rude honestly). I await their comments and his eventual reply.
