Replacing Volvo MD2020 Starter motor

Hi

Has anyone ever changed the starter on an MD2020?
It looks fairly straightforward, but has anyone any hints or tips?

Its almost as easy as it gets, but make sure the batteries are isolated as the supply to the starter main terminal is permanently live. Its also supplied by a large capacity cable that isn't usually fused.

I usually take that lead off first and tape it back out of the way. Some decent sockets and provided the access is reasonable its a five minute job. (Famous last words…)
