With luck it will be just a replacement of like with like, assuming the bolts come undone OK. It's just that whilst the pan is out of the way it offers a great opportunity to change the hoses which is otherwise a case of working in a very confined space. So, let's take a little of each post so far: Take the bowl off to give you better access to the base and hoses. Disconnect the hoses from the heads with a bucket, sponge and towel ready to keep it clean and dry. Unbolt the base and lift away, giving full access to the hoses on the seacocks. Deoending on the type, consider servicing the seacocks.
When everything is out, clean everything in the compartment thoroughly - you'll never have such a good opportunity again. Fitting the replacement parts is pretty much a reversal of the above, except that you should be able to fit the whole heads unit without stripping it down as all the fasteners will be known to be serviceable at this stage.
It should all make a good day's work, but best to start assuming it might turn into two days - one to strip out the old and one to install the new. That way you won't be upset if you decide to do some repainting or a seized fastener takes longer to sort than you expected. Rushing to keep to schedule is the scenario where your spanner slips and you have more damage to contend with.
