I am replacing the old galley in my ocean 30 I have a new spinflo duplex oven grill combo and a spinflo 3 burner hob, old unit was full oven grill combo and a 4 burner hob, I have gas heating too. I want to replace all the old pipework to from bottle to galley the heating is tee'd off from the main pipe run, everything worked perfectly with the old system, original pipe is micro bore and out side diameter is 8mm. The old appliances are connected via flexi's which will be replaced too.
note I will,( when ready ) get a gas installer to fit.
My question is, what do I need to buy to replace everything from lpg bottle to appliances? I will buy everything first and route all the pipes through the new galley cupboards etc. then get the fitter to install later to save on labour and parts costs. I don't see a regulator on the old system, is thus a nessesity?
this is for UK installation.
Cheers

The regulator may be on the gas cylinder.
In the UK Calor gas is considerably less cost than Campingaz.
Presumably the boat has a gas locker - usually located near the stern, that has a drain overboard . The gas locker may dictate the cylinder size you can have. Its handy to have a spare full cylinder if the locker will accommodate it. The gas always runs out at an inconvenient moment.
