Much easier to drop the rudder to get at the prop, surely?
Here's ours with a hole dug to suit. Done on a tide. In this pic we were replacing the propshaft.

About the same size and weight as yours I'd guess.
If waiting for a tide or two it's easy to temporarily block the holes.

So, re-pitch or buy a new prop?

when you are pulling the propeller and/or shaft, might as well redo the cutless bearing as well -- especially if it is more than 10 years in service..
