Anyone know p/n and availability for replacement o rings for Airmax Smart Tri Multisensor, 20-633-01?

The sensor has a single o ring and the blanking plug has 2. They are approx 40mm dia and 2.7mm thick. My boat is now 9 years old and I struggled to remove the sensor at haul-out. I think it’s time to replace them.

Many thanks.

Surely the problem replacing an o ring with one from a selection box is that you can only measure the size of the old one in its current form.

In this case, was it a 3mm o-ring that has become compressed over time .. or was it perhaps 2.5mm and has swelled over time?

Or is the suggestion to try both sizes, bigger and smaller.

I can't recall if I have 2.7mm cross section o-rings but I'm sure I have the spares kits on board for this transducer... I can measure the new size at the weekend.

And by replacing like for like, you're also assuming that the current (old) o-ring was the right one to start with.

Also - Don't these triducers come with a selection of o-rings, with an instruction to replace the large yellow o-ring at the top with the large black o-ring if your through hull doesn't have a valve. The smaller o-ring then goes at the bottom of the triducer - or two small o-rings at the bottom of the blanking plug.

Looks like the Airmar kit has four different o-rings.. I wonder if that's because you need two small on the bottom of the blanking plug, one small on the bottom of the triducer and one large at the top..

Places like JG-Tech sell that kit, and they have the yellow o-ring as a separate item (shown lower down)..
