Replacement Motor Cooling Fan?

My air compressor motor cooling fan has broken. Last time I tried to weld a nut on to make a boss for the shaft and glued it on, but this time it really broke.

It's about 70mm diameter, the spindle is just under 7mm. Any suggestions?

Lots of computer fans are around 70mm diameter, could you cannibalise one of those? Being plastic and lightweight, it might be easier to glue on.

Tried that, not sure if due to vibration or speed, but the blades just flew off.
