Replacement Echopilot Bronze+ Trio Log Transducer

Bit of a long shot this, but does anyone know if there is a log transducer that will drop in place of an old Echpilot one? This one has died, and I replacing the whole fitting is not really an option, so if I can find a replacement transducer that would be perfect.

It's 100mm long and 32mm in diameter and has 3 wires (signal, signal ground, and 5v).

If you can't find any answers and decide to replace, I'd be interested in the header unit should you decide to change entirely

I'll bear that in mind, although I won't change anything this season. We can cope with SOG from GPS for now.

32mm diameter non-Airmar paddle wheels logs were used in NASA and Navman set-ups. Have a look at the NASA, it may work. Somewhere in the workshop (aka garage), I have an old Navman log transducer but it is longer than 100mm.

I should have been clearer in the measurements, it's 100mm from the bottom of the head - does that fit yours?

Mine is as below, 32mm on O rings, 100mm from top stop to outer hull. It is an Airmar, wiring is green, red, brown and white. It was working up to 2 years ago when the Navman head unit failed. The white is residual antifouling. There is also a blanking plug.

It looks very similar. I've asked NASA about theirs, but would you be interested in getting rid of yours?

You are welcome to try it. If it works, a small donation directly to the RNLI would be appreciated. Two questions:
1. Can you check if Echopilot head units can use Airmar paddlewheel logs?
2. What are the logistics, would it have to be delivered to Denmark?

Well NASA have told me their log won't work, so your would be a final shot at getting it working. I'm very happy to make a donation to the RNLI. I've not found definite info that the unit works with Airmar, but in the manual it does say it works with a range of transducers, so I suspect it might,
