Repair or replace TMP gearbox?

I have some concerns about my TMP gearbox. This is fitted to my Perkins 4108 and has the 2:1 (?) reduction box.
I think that the oil pressure is low especially after longer use.
I may just be paranoid and it will outlast me!! But just in case would you replace it, repair it or put in a different box?
I am always on the lookout for a good replacement which ( at the right price) may be worth buying to have ready.

Have a word with the chap who now runs TMP, he is in west london. he rebuild mine ( when i dad one ) it did involve 2 new castings due to the badly marinised 4108 by Duffield`s.
Ali gearbox seawater & copper pipes, cant think why the box corroded
