Rent a boat in the Carribean??

My Norwegian friend has sailed his boat home from St. Lucia! Therefor a Norwegian yachtmaster instructor wants to hire a 45ft (+/-) 4 cabin sailer from between Trinidad to Martinique from Jan. 20. and 4-5 weeks. (for the 7. time) Can anybody give a tip? Preferably privately owned, well equipped for blue water cruising.
