Renown 36'

Renown 36\'

Just wondering if any of the more seasoned among you know anything about a builder known as Renown? I'm looking at a Renown 36' - apparently some of these boats were finished by Cheesman/Rollo of Staines.
If anyone has any observations I'd greatly appreciate it...

Try posting on here, one of the moderators called Dan is a mine of information on hireboats which is what the Renowns were originally built as.

Quite a fleet of these were built by Cheeseman Rollo for a hire fleet called Eurocruisers who came and went with a big bang in the 70's.
They actually looked pretty good by hire boat standards but will have had a hard life.
I expect one or two will have remained in private hands but can't think of any on the Thames.
