Without doubt the best/most hardwearing anti-slip paint job we achieved was using a can of cream coloured deck paint (as in house decking) costing about £20 from the Lowes or maybe it was a Homebase DIY store, in St Thomas' USVI; with the second of two coats being well laced with a poly bag full of well washed/rinsed fine sand that we scooped up off the beach in the airport anchorage.
Came across a local product called Roofkote coolTech that claims to reflect at least 30% solar radiation so keeping the inside cooler and less heat on deck
I did my decks with an acrylic paint tinted a very light grey. It also had a texture to it that makes it non slip but OK with bare feet. Sold in the UK as textured masonary paint .......
Seems to last around 5 years and I use a jet washer in the spring to remove the winters muck.
