I expect this has been asked before so apologies in advance.

My ICC is more than 5 years old and is now out of date. It has powerboat and sailing classes on it.

How do I go about getting it renewed? I found a renewal letter then promptly lost it in a house move.

I'm not a member of the RYA, by the way.

You've just reminded me I've got a renewal application on my desk, waiting to be dealt with!
Whatever about the RYA, here in Ireland one must download and fill in a renewal form and send it to the ISA, along with originals of qualifying certificates, and pay the relevant fee, discounted for members, on the ISA's webshop. Generally speaking, the Irish organisation usually follows the same practices as their British counterpart.

The RYA doesn't need you to send the qualification certificates again, because they already know they issued you an ICC last time. You just need to send in the form, which includes a section for card details for payment.
