Removing the greenery from non-slip coachroof covering?

I'd suggest patio magic
Good stuff, but I always apply it when I won’t be around again for a week to let the stinky fish smell of dead algae fade before I return

It’s not good for aquatic life either, so really it should only be used when ashore well away from water courses.

I used Fairy Liquid and an old granny stylee wooden scrubbing brush (quite hard to find. A readily available plastic thing was fairly useless), then salt, then left a fairly thick scattering of salt on the deck afterwards, for delayed suppression effect.

This was on Trackmark (?) rubbery tile stuff, which has texture that algae and lichen get a good grip on, hence the need for a good scrubbing action

Nothing against the Patio Magic of which you speak, but I didn't have any,(nor a patio) and I suspect it isn't free, patio people being what they be.

Patio magic here; apply in the Autumn and pretty much keeps the decks non-green all winter. No scrubbing required
I daresay. But when Trackmark is heavily overgrown and encrusted with algae, lichen and moss, as this was, scrubbing is inevitable.

I can't entirely rule out some Patio Magic in my future, though probably not a patio.

I had a smilier issue after a refit but on Treadmaster. I washed with soap and deck brush with limited success. Jet washing, Kercher consumer item, with Treadmaster I had to get the lance in close for the pressure to lift the green mould, on a smoother surface probably a bit away out will be okay.

I then used Wet and Forget as a preventative treatment and reapply Wet and Forget, about 4 x times year. I found the removal initially, before I used Wet and Forget, was partially successful and quite difficult to remove from the Treadmaster. Your surface is different, hence, likely easier.

Scrubbing only with soap and water, was hard work and partially successful, hence brought out the jet washer, which was better but not perfect, and finally Wet and Forget, which worked. Interestingly, smelly mud from my anchor chain, bleached the cleaned area even cleaner!
