Removing Props.

I have a Z drive attached to volvo penta 4.3 engine and I was going to remove props for the winter. Trouble is, I don't know how to or can I see how to. Looking down the cone of the rear prop, all I can see is a small head of someting pinlike at the centre but no screw or nut to loosen it. which I imagine must be done before removing said rear prop then forward prop. Any suggestions?

Think you need the prop removal tool, its a tube about 8 inches long and about 2 inch diameter slides over the castle shapped nut.
