Removing old anti-foul

Just had mine done by Allan of BlasterMaster in Plymouth. Now I need to sand and feather the remaining edge at the waterline before applying the epoxy. Is there a recommended heavy duty masking tape for protecting the hull above the waterline?

A Leisure 18 (?) ; will it matter too much?

It is a Leisure 18, only 12 were made so quite rare. Will it matter (if I just treat loose areas). Probably not, especially as it is on Windermere. Some say that anti-foul is just to make the boat look pretty on the hard!
