Removing flat head screws!

Are you are replacing the jammer because it is kaput?
Sacrifice it then! Cut the plastic off and then get hold of the protruding screws with vicegrips.

I like this :)

If the hand held impact driver doesn't work then I will try this and last resort will be drilling.

One bodge that sometimes works is to get a hex bit which fits the screw slot really well and heat it as hot as you can, Use a non-magnetic bit holder to hold it as magnets will fail! (Curie temperature?)
This will thermally shock the joint and also melt any Loctite that might have been used.

But I'd have drilled it out by now. Dremel and burr to make a centre, cordless drill, job done.
Or trash the fitting as suggested.

I'd be drilling out but would have tried a good overnight ACF-50 first.

Big (proper sized) screw driver with square shaft and a a pair of mole grips to turn it. Two people one pushing screw driver into screw and the second turning with mole wrench. This has worked for a me a few times.

I find little Stillsons much more effective than Moles for still.

Even better are these stud extractor sockets

With a screwdriver slot the screwdriver will jump out of the slot before you can apply enough torque to break the screw free of the corrosion.

If you had a carpenters wood brace, or can borrow one, then put a decent sized screwdriver bit in one ( ie from a pump screwdriver). It is surprising how much downward pressure you can put on one if you push your stomach against the end. You have the leverage of the brace to turn
