removing antifouling

I agree. I've stripped a 28ft boat twice. The first time took me and SWMBO 3 months of weekends with a scraper. Interstrip was useless. The second time took about 3 weeks but there was less antifoul. Its horrible, boring, backbreaking work. (One other thing about Twisters is that they have much less 'upside down' hull - that lovely wineglass shape is lot easier to paint and scrape....)

I watched a professional from Fox's do a boat in 2 hours. He used an electric (or air) rotary sander with carbide sheets, but he had the full zoot suit on 'cos of the dust.

Give 'em the money....

Has anyone tried this stuff, or does anyone know anyone who has? It sounds much nicer than interstrip or dilunett.

I am part way through the horrid job, have been using dilunett which makes it easier to scrape, but still hard work.

I'll put this on the front page too.

Steve
