remove lower casing on suzuki df2.5

Hello.
I need to change the cylinder head gasket on a suzuki df2.5. However I cant remove the lower plastic case with the carry handle to get to everything. Would anybody know how or be able to point me in the direction of a repair manual.

Cant help you with a manual sorry but removing the lower cowl is simple, just unbolt it. From experience of rebuilding a powerhead on these, are you sure its the cylinder head gasket that has gone as these are sheet steel gaskets. Your better off removing the powerhead completely because your going to have fun and games realigning the push rods. They are a complete pain!!

I used a modified box spanner, cut it to length so it will fit inside the lower cowling, done to remove the bendix bolts that I couldn't get at with open ended spanner or socket set.
