Has anyone found an easy way to remove deck paint from A GRP boat , without using a professional shot blaster. I have tried some GRP safe paint removers but with little success.

If you are careful you can use a more aggressive household paint stripper but don't leave it on too long and wash after with strong detergent. Properly cured gel coat is pretty resiliant actually but will soften in time if you leave something like "Nitromors" on for too long. Try a small patch first.
