Hi All,
I have one of these remote greasers for the stern tube installed on my boat. It's the screw type.
Recently i dismantled it to refill with grease and am concerned that it might be missing a part.
Essentially i have inside is just the long screw attached to the external knob. I would have imagined there would be some kind of a plate installed at the end of the screw to push the grease in.
The way this one is, once the screw pushes the grease in the center of the housing it needs to be refilled.
I hope i explained it properly and would appreciate any help.
Regards
Tyrone
