I’m after a connector junction box to wire in both a wireless and wired (cable) remote windlass switch (up/down). Mainly because access to the selenoid is a PITA and I only want 3 wires to be connected to it so maintenance is much easier.

It’ll live in the anchor locker which is usually dry. Any suggestions?

I did this with a Wiska 408 box and M20
Glands. I interconnected with Wago 213 connectors. The boxes/glands are IP67 rated.

I use one of these. Fantastic to be able to operate it from anywhere on the boat it feels fairly crappy but some tape made it much better and I have had no issues with it, I have anchored about 10 times and usually have 20m out...https://amzn.eu/d/38FXDVd

Looks ideal; waterproof etc

I had one of those for my windlass. Wired it in parallel with the foot switches. Worked well but it was inside the boat by the 'main box'.

Was going to get one for the bow thruster but the supplier said that they all operated on the same frequency / code.

I don't think you need to worry about this as despite trying I have not managed to lift my friends anchor with identical sets of wireless remotes and receivers fitted to our boats..

They do operate on the same frequency which might cause some interference. The remotes require pairing with one transmitter which should prevent malicious or accidental attempts to set your neighbours boat adrift.😀

Some relay remotes I have bought in the past have had the key fob numbered 1 to 4, so four different items could be controlled. Not waterproof though.

Bought from Amazon some years ago and in a storage box somewhere now I imagine.
