One for Kim ?

Having visited other fora where they distinguish between contributors in rather more detail, I wondered about the requirement for this on YBW. After all if someone with a mere 30 posts can become "regular" and thus fit into the same category as a superstar like jimi with currently 5682 posts (probably out of date figure by the time this is posted). Is this equitable ? Does it fully recognise the contribution of these people ?

Or is it just like a Yachtmaster these days ?

Please be careful not to directly relate the number of posts to valuable contribution - quantity and quality are two different things !!

And another thing

I can't help feeling that contributions in a foreign language shouldn't count - in which case, you can count the number of Jimi's English language postings on the fingers of one hand.

Not so much "regular" as cyber-constipated /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif Fetch the virtual enema! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Now I thought I did very well to avoid any scatological references - at this rate you'll have this thread down at the Scots level with pictures of wee hairy beasties too !
