Regular crewing in Solent and beyond

I am recently retired, with 11.4m boat in Chichester, and require regular crew for weekends and any other times anyone is available. Want to put longer trips together as well, if you are interested.
Would like to hear from anyone who is looking for a regular crewing opportunity on a new and well equiped boat.
