Registration & Flag Issues - Again...

If you wish to register in the UK part 1 is your only option and not being a UK citizen all you need do is register a company in the UK and then the boat is owned by that UK company.

You could also register it in places like Cook Islands or Belize if you like.

I think I may have solved my problem so let's see what happens.
For how long are you going to be in Durbs and in which marina will you be - PYC, RNYC or BYC? We will be in the Netherlands from tomorrow until 16 March.

My boat is at RNYC/PYC (Durban Marina) and I am a member of RNYC but we do go up to BYC often as one mate's is the Vice Commodore BYC and I have several friends with boats there.

We will be staying on our boat from 13th March to 7th April so if you are around would be glad to have a coffee some time.
