Refugee help please

I have a Ukrainian Refugee, now in Gdansk, wanting to come to the UK. Refugees coming to the UK fall into one of three categories. Relations, Known friends, and Strangers. I have found the website for relative refugees,

On the TV news to day they announced that the scheme to bring known refugees to the UK, starts to day, and all the refugees had to do was register on the government web site ....... but neither I, nor the refugee, can find the website for the known strangers refugees to register. Does anybody know this website?

Not really, it is no hardship. It would be another matter if she were a total stranger. This refugee is the best friend of a former girlfriend of mine. I am working on the principal of "Birds of a feather flock together", and that she will be like my former GF
