After reading about this Family i have sent a mail to Crest Nicholson giving them the opportunity to reply to the forum within the next few day's!!! If they do not wish to use this opportunity then i'm sure you all agree we can read into this what we will !! Your continued support and emails to Crest Nicholson would be of great help. As I mentioned in a previous post :
In Decembers issue of MBY there is a prize winning letter from the Shalom family extolling the virtues of the marina and its staff over their (marina) 'exceptional policy of listening and action' and ' most helpful management team' - so what went wrong ??

As far as I am aware, the marina company Crest Nicholson have not yet had the courtesy to make a single reply - not even to berth holders!

Let's you make you own judgement as to their customer management skills.
