You don't. Each updates page could contain info on upto 10 Reeds pages. I update by ballpoint those I think applicable to me. If it is a re-drawn chartlet then I cut and paste over the old.

Mr Bilbo, What would you think is an appropriate price?

I've been using 'Reeds' since 1971, when I was given an o.o.d copy by that master navigator Flt Lt John Reeve, who became my mentor for years. I read it cover-to-cover - even the ads - and absorbed the several hundred pages of priceless info and techniques 'like a dry sponge'..... even the tidal ephimera and ephemerides.

A fair price? The last one I had was dated 1999, and I sold that for more than I paid. I expect the next one I acquire will see me out. I'm an honorary, if not Honorable, Tyke.
