Redundant sockets on deck

I have four redundant sockets on my fibreglass deck beside the mast, which were used for electrics and aerials before the wires were led through to connection boxes below the deck. When I remove the sockets I want to cover the holes as neatly as possible with circular plastic or metal discs about 5 or 6 cms diameter. These would be sealed and attached with light screws.
Anyone suggest where I could get these please?

If they are as small as that, can you not put dome-headed bolts through with nuts underneath? With sealant, of course.

Are they close together? Whats the ventilation like below? Would a dorade vent be useful

I'd avoid acrylic (perspex etc) cos it might be a bit too brittle for dropping stuff on. Polycarbonate is tougher but slightly softer. Go to sign makers for acrylic; don't know for polycarbonate. You could lay up some mat and resin on a sheet of glass - oversize - then cut down to size.
However, easy option would be to contract out the discs to a stainless fabricator, get him to drill holes as well. Make sure it's A4, 316 grade; maybe someone who does catering stuff as an alternative to marine johnnies.
By "light screws" do you mean self tappers? I suppose using them to hold plate down helped along by sikaflex or epoxy bedding would be OK for such wee things.

Dont forget to slightly countersink the screw holes to prevent cracking when the self tappers actually go in!
